The Role – Special Needs Teacher

In this role, you will work with small classes of pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering personalised learning in line with each pupil’s EHCP targets. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons that support both academic progress and emotional development. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide a holistic and nurturing learning environment, ensuring every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
