GSL Education is looking for motivated Aspiring Teachers to support schools in Sleaford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are considering a career in education and want to gain hands-on experience.

About the Role:
You will gain experience across a range of positions including Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Tutor, and Exam Invigilator, helping you build a strong understanding of how schools operate.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
Supporting students in the classroom
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
Working with small groups or individual pupils
Supervising lessons in the teacher’s absence
Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate or university student
Interested in pursuing a career in education
Confident working with young people
Adaptable and eager to learn
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
