Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Full-Time | Office-Based | £30,000-£45,000 (DOE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and personable Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering high-quality client service.

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
Managing estate administration from instruction through to completion, including probate applications
Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
Dealing with Court of Protection matters and trust registration requirementsYou will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships, providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice tailored to individual needs.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive- minimum of 2 years experience
Ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Experience with LEAP legal software is advantageousAdditional Requirements

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (home visits are required)What's on Offer
