We're looking for an experienced Finisher to join our team on a busy new-build housing development
Role includes:
Carrying out all aspects of finishing work on new-build plots
Snagging and completing final touches to a high standard
Patch plastering, mastic work, painting touch-ups, silicone sealing, basic joinery, and general making-good
Ensuring plots are completed ready for handoverRequirements:
Previous experience working as a finisher on housing sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
CSCS card
Own tools and transport beneficial
Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independentlyWhat we offer:
