We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week period.
Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and production equipment
Assembling components in line with specifications
Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety proceduresRequirements:
Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
