Premier Recruitment Hub is working in partnership with a growing construction and fabrication business based in Essex who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a part time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking flexibility, whether you are currently freelancing, managing multiple projects, or looking for a better work life balance in a stable and supportive environment.
The Role:
Managing project costs from initial stages through to completion
Preparing valuations and variations
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
Supporting the commercial performance of projects
Working within a friendly and professional office based team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or fabrication
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Comfortable working in an office based role
Available for two to three days per week
