Sales Specialist (Welding Respiratory products)
Location: Scotland & North East of England
Pay Rate: £60,000 - £65,000 annum based on 70% Basic and 30% OTE
I am working with one of the world’s leading and most recognisable manufacturing and engineering companies who have an opportunity for an experienced and successful sales professional to join their team as aSales Specialist covering their Scotland and Northeast England territory.
This role is within their Welding Respiratory Protection division so the ideal candidate will be experienced in this area.However, if you have a proven track record of sales success in the manufacturing, industrial or PPE sectors then please get in touch.
Responsibilities
- Growing sales across a leading PPE portfolio through channel partners and end users
- Managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities across your region
- Delivering product training and supporting customers with best practice and compliance
- Working closely with technical specialists and sales teams to drive projects forward
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to influence specification and product adoption
- Staying close to market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Skills and Expertise
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in winning and growing accounts
- Confident communicator who can engage, influence and build trust at all levels
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Commercially sharp with solid negotiation and closing ability
- CRM savvy with strong pipeline management discipline
- Self-driven, organised and motivated by hitting targets and growing territory performance
