The role:
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with expertise around Damp and Mould defects and diagnosis?
A role is available for a Local Council based in South East London, where you are able to work in a truly flexible environment, where you do your admin / reports from home, no need to be tied to going in the office.
To be considered for this role you will need
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A true understanding of Damp and Mould, must have ability to diagnose housing repairs as necessary including Damp and Mould and other building defects
