Excll Supply is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality early years setting in Cheshire East. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery
* Lead, support, and develop a team of early years practitioners
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards
* Maintain high-quality learning environments that support children’s development
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels effectively
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for early years education
