The role:
As a Therapeutic Support Assistant, you'll work closely with students to deliver tailored emotional and educational support, helping them access learning in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You'll play a key role in implementing individual care and intervention plans that support both wellbeing and academic progress.
We're looking for:
Psychology graduates or similar backgrounds (desirable)
A calm, positive and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An understanding of safeguarding (or willingness to learn)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Why this role?
