How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Quality Engineer to work closely with Production and Engineering teams, ensuring all products and processes conform to defined quality standards.
This role plays a key part in embedding PFMEA requirements through Control Plans and standard work, supporting successful programme delivery from project launch through to serial production within a manufacturing environment.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:

Delivering all quality deliverables at each programme gateway on time and to the required standard.
Embedding a strong quality mindset across project and manufacturing teams.
Leading problem‑solving activities, including 8Ds, and driving corrective and preventative actions.
Leading and supporting internal and external audits (IATF, ISO, customer and supplier)
Producing and maintaining PPAP documentation, IMDS submissions and REACH compliance.
Identifying, escalating and recovering potential quality risks with clear action plans.
    The Quality Engineer will have:

A solid background in automotive or high‑volume manufacturing environments.
Strong working knowledge of Quality Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrable experience with APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Poka‑Yoke.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Experience supporting new project introduction and cross‑functional teams.
The ability to influence stakeholders, prioritise workload and work effectively on own initiative.
This role is well suited to a motivated Quality Engineer who enjoys working at the interface of projects, production and engineering, and who takes pride in delivering right‑first‑time quality.
If you are looking for a hands‑on role where you can influence standards, coach others and support high‑impact programmes, simply apply online and we will het back to you shortly
