Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

* Manage and grow a warm desk with existing live vacancies and active client accounts

* Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process, and successfully close deals

* Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity through the CRM system

* Deliver a high-quality consultative service to clients and candidates alike

* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Resilient, proactive, and eager to succeed

* Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

* No previous recruitment experience necessary, although is advantageous.
