This role is an excellent stepping stone into teaching. You’ll gain hands-on classroom experience, develop behaviour management skills, and build confidence before progressing to teacher training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
* Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
* Support students’ learning and engagement during lessons
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
