As a Parts Advisor in Sleaford, you'll be at the heart of the operation-supporting customers, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the department across Agricultural machinery.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in daily operations:

Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, telephone, and email
Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsWhat we're looking for:

To succeed as a Parts Advisor, you'll need:

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
Strong sales and customer service skills
Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
Ability to work in a busy environment
A proactive and professional approach
