Key Responsibilities:
Delivering classroom and workshop-based teaching sessions
Managing a caseload of learners, ensuring regular interventions
Capturing evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance
Developing individualised learning programmes including Maths and English
Engaging employer representatives and supporting learning opportunities
Planning and preparing learners for end point assessments
Providing accurate marking and feedback to support learner development
Collaborating with IQAs for best practices and development needs
Job Requirements:
Experience in the automotive sector, particularly with HGV, trailers, and heavy vehicle maintenance
Prior experience in education or teaching; assessor and teaching qualifications are ideal but not essential
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Proficiency in delivering engaging and interactive teaching sessions
Excellent written, oral, and presentational skills
Ability to plan effectively and achieve strategic aims
Customer-focused with the ability to represent our client positively
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of learners
Desirable Skills:
Coaching qualification
Teaching qualification (Cert Ed/CTTLS/DTTLS)
Knowledge of government-funded training
Assessor qualifications (TAQA, AVA, A1 or D32/33)
