We're seeking a Senior M365 Engineer with proven Copilot delivery experience to lead implementation, governance, and adoption within a highly regulated financial services environment.
This position requires hands-on Copilot rollout experience, with specific expertise in taking Copilot from pilot to production while managing the full end-to-end lifecycle.
Key deliverables
Copilot technical configuration, data labelling, access controls, and desktop integration (Windows 11, Outlook clients)
Governance frameworks: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, Microsoft auto-enabled feature management
3rd/4th line escalation ownership for business-critical M365 incidents
Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune engineering (20-30% of role)Essential experience
Hands-on Microsoft Copilot implementation in large enterprises (pilot → rollout → adoption)
End-to-end Copilot delivery: backend configuration + governance + client-side integration
Financial services or heavily regulated sector background
Microsoft 365 engineering (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
PowerShell automation and Microsoft roadmap awarenessThe team: 13-person messaging & collaboration team. Fully integrated contract role reporting into the messaging function.
Location & commitment: Fully onsite, 5 days per week in London EC2Y (near Moorgate Tube station)
