We are currently recruiting Warehouse and Production Operatives to join busy and growing teams in the Trowbridge area. These roles offer flexible working hours and are ideal for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing orders accurately
* Loading and unloading goods
* Operating basic warehouse or production machinery (training provided)
* Quality checking products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Meeting daily targets and deadlines
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Working Hours:
A variety of shifts are available, including:
* Day shifts
* Evening shifts
* Night shifts
* Weekend work
