What will the Purchase Ledger Clerk role involve?

Managing and processing supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency, supporting seamless financial operations
Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain healthy supplier relationships
Assisting with month-end reporting and supporting the broader finance team on various transactional tasks
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and contributing to continuous process improvements
Providing general financial support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the department
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk vacancy:

Previous experience in purchase ledger or transactional finance roles, ideally within a busy finance team
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
Good communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
