£50,000–£55,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE (Paid Monthly) + Company Car / Allowance

This role puts you in the middle of them.
You’ll be working with architects and consultants at design stage, influencing how these projects come together, from early concept through to detailed specification.
And crucially, you’ll see that work delivered.
You’ll be supported by a close-knit contractor and merchant team who actively convert your specifications into orders, meaning your input doesn’t disappear, it becomes part of the finished environment.
The Opportunity
This is a Scotland-wide role focused on developing relationships within key architectural practices and design teams. The territory has been underdeveloped at specification level, giving you the opportunity to build your own presence across the projects that matter.
You’re not inheriting a patch. You’re building influence across the Scottish market, with access to high-profile schemes and the backing to make it count.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of influencing projects at concept and technical design stage, becoming a recognised presence within practices working on major developments.
You’ll be involved in conversations that shape outcomes, guiding material choices and helping bring designs to life.
You’ll be delivering CPDs, working closely with architects and consultants, influencing specifications and building a structured pipeline of projects that translate into delivered work.
This is a pure specification role. Your focus is design-stage influence, supported by a team that ensures what you create gets built.
About You
You’re already operating in specification sales and understand how to influence projects from the inside.
You enjoy being part of the design process, working with architects and contributing to projects that have real visibility.
You’re credible, commercially aware and motivated by seeing your input turn into something tangible.
The Package
£50,000–£55,000 basic salary, £15,000 OTE paid monthly, company car or allowance and full responsibility for Scotland.
