SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced and adaptable Specialist Advisory Teacher to support children and young people with cognition and learning needs across Redbridge.

The Role
As a Specialist Advisory Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting schools to better meet the needs of learners with cognition and learning difficulties. Your work will have a direct impact on both pupil progress and staff development across a range of educational settings.
Key aspects of the role include:
Delivering expert advice and practical strategies to school staff
Carrying out assessments and supporting targeted intervention planning
Promoting inclusive teaching approaches and curriculum access
Working closely with families to support understanding and engagement
Contributing to the wider development and direction of the SEND service
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong experience within SEND, particularly cognition and learning
Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across schools and services
A collaborative, solution-focused approach
Passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for all learners
