About the role
Heart of Supply are really pleased to be advertising a lovely opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a friendly primary school in the north of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. The school is keen to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 who can start as soon as possible, with the role running on a full time, temporary basis through to July.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will play a key role in supporting young children as they gain confidence, develop early skills and enjoy their first experiences of school. You will work alongside the class teacher to help create a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged each day.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working within early years and wants to make a positive difference during such an important stage of development. The school is welcoming and supportive, offering the successful EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 the chance to settle in quickly and feel part of a dedicated school community.

What you will need:
* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
* Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK
* A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
* The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
* Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
