We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, working across core subjects including Maths, English, and Science, supporting students to reach their full academic potential.

The Role
Provide in-class support across Maths, English, and Science lessons
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support to students
Assist students with varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic support
Help maintain a focused and inclusive learning environment
Support with lesson preparation and classroom organisation where neededRequirements
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational role
Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science
A degree is preferred (particularly in a related subject area)
Confident, proactive, and able to engage effectively with secondary-aged students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe School
