The Role
• Promote high standards of care and learning
• Support and guide staff within the room
• Assist with staff deployment and ratios
• Support key person responsibilities
• Ensure EYFS is delivered effectively
• Build strong relationships with parents and the team
• Support management within the nursery
What We Are Looking For
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience as a Senior Practitioner or Room Leader
• Confident supporting and guiding staff
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
• Positive and proactive approach
