Lecturer Early Years and Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Lecturer in Early Years and Education to make a positive contribution to our dedicated teaching team.
The role will be primarily based at our Blossomfield Campus, with flexibility required to work at our Woodlands Campus as needed.
The successful candidate will teach predominantly on Level 1 to Level 3 Study Programmes, although there may be opportunities to teach across other levels. In addition to teaching, the role will contribute to course coordination, including tracking attendance, progress, and achievement to ensure positive learner outcomes.
Applicants should hold a relevant Level 6 qualification and a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards.
Previous teaching and course coordination experience within Further Education together with occupational competence within Early Years or Primary Education is essential.
