We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader for an immediate start on a long-term Social Housing project.
Role Overview:
* 70% plastering work
* 30% general maintenance, including:
* Repairing leaking taps
* Snagging and minor property repairs
* Addressing day-to-day maintenance issues
Locations Covered:
CR, SW, SE and E postcodes
Requirements:
* Strong plastering experience
* Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks
* Own van (essential)
* Asbestos Awareness certification
* Valid DBS check
* Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
