About the Role
A leading international HVAC solutions provider is looking for a skilled Chiller Engineer / HVAC Service Engineer to join their field service team. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding commercial and industrial chillers at customer sites across the UK and Europe.
This role offers exposure to cutting-edge HVAC technologies, including Turbocor, screw, and scroll chillers, as well as AHUs, FCUs, and BMS-controlled systems.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair chillers and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC faults including electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
Work with VSD/inverter-driven chillers and other energy-efficient systems
Commission/decommission equipment as needed
Interface with Building Management Systems (BMS)
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Provide excellent customer service and technical advice on-site
Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years’ experience as a Chiller Engineer / HVAC Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer
Strong knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and HVAC controls
F-Gas certified (Category 1) and relevant HVAC/Refrigeration qualifications
Experience with troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Desirable / Bonus Skills
Experience with Turbocor, screw, scroll chillers
Familiarity with BMS / controls integration
Manufacturer or advanced system training
