Ideal Recruit is recruiting for experienced Reach FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a temp to perm role offering long-term stability for reliable candidates.

Pay (PAYE)

Days: £13.56 per hour (£20.34 overtime)
Nights: £16.73 per hour (£25.10 overtime)
Overtime paid after 37.5 hours

Shifts

Nights: Sun–Thurs (22:00–06:00)
Early: Mon–Fri (06:00–14:00)
Late: Mon–Fri (14:00–22:00)
Training: 2 weeks (09:00–17:00)

Duties

Operating a Reach FLT in narrow aisles
Moving and stacking stock (up to 15m)
Goods-in processing and paperwork
Stock control and inventory management
Wrapping pallets

Requirements

Valid, in-date Reach FLT licence (essential)
Previous Reach truck experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
CBT licence (desirable, for potential driving duties)
