How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Fleet Operations Administrator - Mercedes-Benz Oxford

    Salary £32,000 OTE

    As a Fleet Operations Administrator you’ll support fleet vehicle sales and long-term account growth across leasing companies and corporate customers. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help drive sales activity, maximise account profitability, and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service that builds strong, lasting relationships.

    What you’ll do day to day

    * Support a portfolio of fleet and leasing company customers, including corporate and rental accounts

    * Act as a key point of contact for daily fleet and leasing enquiries

    * Prepare and manage vehicle quotations using Leaselink, ensuring all SLAs are met

    * Provide accurate quote requests and information to leasing companies

    * Coordinate vehicle orders, specifications, delivery schedules, and handovers

    * Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Administration, Logistics, and Aftersales to ensure smooth service delivery

    * Support fleet sales activity to help achieve vehicle volume and revenue targets

    * Maintain accurate records for forecasting, pipeline reporting, and contract renewals

    * Ensure all processes and documentation are completed accurately and in line with group and manufacturer standards

    Helpful skills and qualifications

    * Experience in fleet sales support, sales administration, or account support within the motor trade, with a strong understanding of fleet, leasing, and corporate vehicle solutions

    * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when preparing quotations

    * Confident and professional communicator with strong relationship‑building and customer service skills

    * Commercially aware with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

    * Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    * Familiar with CRM systems and fleet reporting tools, with experience of manufacturer fleet programmes or funding solutions considered desirable

    * Holds a full UK driving licence
