What You’ll Be Doing
* Operating and overseeing a variety of production equipment and processes
* Carrying out day-to-day operational tasks (loading, dispatch, labelling, cleaning)
* Supporting with basic maintenance and repairs
* Monitoring production and completing accurate reporting/logs
* Identifying improvements to processes and contributing ideas
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within manufacturing, production, or engineering environments
* A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work across multiple tasks and adapt quickly
* Commitment to health & safety standards
