A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Speech and Language Therapist to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role:
· Deliver targeted speech and language support to students across KS3–KS5
· Work on both a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
· Assess, plan and implement effective intervention strategies
· Support students with a range of Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and wider SEND
· Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCo and wider support teams
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Hold a relevant degree (essential)
· Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting
· Have a strong understanding of SEND, particularly speech and language needs
· Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
· Be patient, adaptable and committed to supporting student progress
· Have a valid Fully Enhanced DBS on update service (or willingness to apply for one)
