Your Responsibilities

1:1 Support: Providing tailored assistance to students with EHCPs.

Adaptation: Modifying tasks to suit specific sensory or cognitive needs.

Behaviour: Implementing positive management and de-escalation.

Collaboration: Working with SENCOs and teachers to track progress.
