Hours: Part Time Monday - Friday (Hours are flexible)
Salary: £13.00 - £13.75 per hour
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team.
What you will get up to;
Keep in close contact with existing candidates to keep abreast of their needs
Advertise and source suitable candidates via online candidate attraction
Present candidate details to consultant and arrange interview, where appropriate
Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions on the client, including its location, Health and Safety at Work requirements, job expectations, standards and rate of pay
Encourage candidates to work in such a way as to ensure the highest possible credit to OA
Co-ordinate with other branches in order to ensure that the maximum number of bookings are filled
Generate leads from candidates
Continually check with client the placement is satisfactory and follow up progress
Ensure every temporary’s work is satisfactory by means of verbal and written checks
