The Role - KS1 Teacher
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, teaching either a Year 1 or Year 2 class. You will be expected to plan, assess and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring strong progress across core subjects, particularly phonics, reading and numeracy. The role requires a nurturing and enthusiastic practitioner who can effectively manage behaviour, support pupils' early development and build strong foundations for learning. You will work closely with parallel teachers as part of a supportive team, sharing planning and best practice to deliver high-quality teaching.
