The Role
As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the disputes practice, advising on a broad range of high-quality domestic and international matters, including:
- A wide range of commercial disputes, both domestic and international
- Complex, high-value matters with cross-border and international elements
- Contentious work arising from commercial relationships and transactions
- Disputes involving regulated sectors and specialist industries
- Strategic advisory work on risk management and dispute avoidance
- Court proceedings, urgent applications and interim remedies where required
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiated settlements
- Supporting clients through disputes with a commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
You will have the autonomy to shape your practice, develop client relationships and contribute strategically to the wider firm, while being supported by an experienced and collaborative partnership.
