What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage the educational health and care plans for children and young people in Rotherham.
- Facilitate meetings and reviews with schools, ensuring all parties are aligned towards achieving the best outcomes.
- Liaise with families, educational staff, and local authorities to ensure cohesive support for each individual plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of plans, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on the EHC planning process.
