The Role
As Room Leader, you'll:
Lead and mentor a team of passionate practitioners in delivering exceptional early years provision
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the Deputy and Manager in day-to-day nursery operations
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care
Create a vibrant, inclusive environment where every child flourishes
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Care (or equivalent) – essential
Proven experience in a supervisory or room leader role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
A natural leader with excellent communication skills
Genuine passion for child development and early education
Commitment to creating an inclusive, stimulating environment
