Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. The Role…no two days are ever the same!

Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the subject teacher
Ensuring students remain engaged, on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. Requirements:

Desire to make a difference
Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Adaptable, proactive, resilient, reliable
Hold a UK degree or previous experience of working with young people (eg: mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA etc)
Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one - we can help with this)
Can travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove
