We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join one of the largest housing associations in supporting the delivery of responsive repairs across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Stevenage.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes on issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, and sanitary ware.
Undertaking basic carpentry repairs such as installing and repairing doors, windows, locks, worktops, kitchen units, and bathrooms.
Performing basic tiling repairs and replacements to kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring a neat and durable finish.
Carrying out painting and decorating works to a high standard, including making good, preparing surfaces, and applying finishes after repairs.
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining a professional approach at all times. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in PlumbingBenefits:
