Location: Eversholt, Bedfordshire
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + uncapped commission + benefits

MIXXOS is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Perm division.

This is a 360 role for someone who enjoys winning business, building relationships and delivering great recruitment outcomes. We are looking for someone with the hunger to grow a desk, spot opportunities and make things happen.

You will step into an established part of the business with 7 years of trading behind it, a live database, warm leads, hands-on support and the freedom to generate your own new business. This role will suit someone who can hunt, build and convert, not someone who only wants to manage existing accounts.

What you’ll be doing

* Managing a full 360 recruitment desk within Commercial Permanent recruitment

* Winning new business and developing strong client relationships across Beds, Bucks and surrounding areas

* Growing existing opportunities while also creating your own pipeline

* Sourcing, screening and managing candidates across a wide range of commercial roles

* Taking detailed job briefs and delivering a high-quality service from initial conversation through to placement

* Building repeatable business and creating long-term client partnerships

* Working closely with colleagues in a collaborative, high-performance environment

What we’re looking for

* Experience in recruitment is desirable

* We would also consider people from sales, account management or high-level customer service backgrounds

* A natural business developer who enjoys winning new clients

* Someone hungry to succeed and motivated by outcomes

* A proactive thinker who can think outside the box

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
