About the Role:
As the Procurement Partner - Projects, you will take ownership of procurement enquiries and ensure compliance while managing competitions and awards through specific frameworks. Your expertise will guide clients through the procurement process, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead High-Value Projects: Design and deliver procurement projects that align with customer objectives.
Provide Expert Advice: Offer complex procurement guidance, helping customers make informed decisions at all stages.
Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with the Technical Team to craft accurate tender documents.
Supervise Procurement Activities: Oversee the complete procurement process, from issuing tenders to contract drafting.
Data Management: Establish systems to gather data and report on spending and efficiency savings.
What We're Looking For:
Knowledgeable & Experienced: Familiarity with public sector procurement and frameworks is essential. Experience in project management is a plus!
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
