Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Planning Officer
Experience:
The role is within the Strategic Development Team and will be predominantly focused on dealing with the discharge of conditions and obligations associated with large scale strategic and major planning applications along with amendments through s96a and s73 of the Town and Country Planning Act.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to gain experience of major projects and for the right candidate there may be the opportunity to progress to being the case officer for major applications in their own right.
• The role will also provide pre-application advice to developers on proposals in accordance with adopted and emerging policy and guidance.
• Ideally the candidate will have at least two years experience in a development management role and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the UK planning system.
They also need to be educated to degree level in a relevant subject or planning experience.
