We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client, a leading national insurance organisation based in Sittingbourne. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day financial operations including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
Process payments and support month-end reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry into accounting systems.
Support the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth financial processes.
Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial projects and administrative duties.
