What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing material supply using planning tools to ensure consistent availability.
* Building strong relationships with key suppliers and monitoring their performance.
* Raising and progressing purchase orders, negotiating terms and keeping stakeholders informed.
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and implementing strategies to prevent shortages or excess.
* Supporting continuous improvement across procurement processes and documentation.
* Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues around pricing, delivery or quality.
* Keeping system data up to date, including pricing and lead times.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
* Confident negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
* A proactive, analytical mindset with great problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Bonus - professional procurement qualifications or experience in a technical/regulated industry.
