* Role Type: One-to-one tutoring within a primary school
Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised learning sessions aligned with Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Support the student’s academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
* Build a positive and encouraging learning environment
* Liaise with school staff and Think Education to monitor progress
Requirements:
* Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 2
* Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis
* Relevant qualifications or tutoring/teaching experience preferred
