About the role
We are really excited to be advertising opportunities for a Primary School Teacher to join Heart of Supply and work across our partner schools in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. This Primary School Teacher role suits those who enjoy flexibility, whether that is the variety of day to day supply, short term cover, or longer placements in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. As a Primary School Teacher with Heart of Supply, no two days look the same. You might step into a new classroom for the day with lessons ready to go, or offer consistency and familiar faces in a longer booking. The role involves supporting pupils to feel settled, confident and ready to learn, whether you are helping with early reading, leading core subjects, or guiding older pupils through the school day when their usual teacher is away. We would love to hear from Primary School Teachers who feel comfortable adapting to different schools and classroom environments.
About the schools
Heart of Supply partners with a wide range of welcoming primary schools across Lincolnshire. Our schools vary from local authority settings to academies, but they all have a shared approach when it comes to calm classrooms, supportive staff teams and a positive attitude towards supply cover. These are schools that value dependable teachers and make the effort to ensure supply staff feel included and comfortable, even when they are in for the day.
Because we take the time to build strong relationships with our partner schools, we are able to match teachers with settings that suit them. Some schools need occasional cover, while others rely on more regular support, and we help place teachers where they are likely to feel confident and settled. For teachers, this means working in organised schools that are focused on consistency for pupils and appreciate the role supply teachers play in keeping the school day running smoothly.
