Based in Windsor, the role offers 37.5 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, with shift patterns of 06:00-14:00 or 11:00-19:00. It's ideal if you're commuting from Maidenhead or the surrounding area and want a structured rota within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
Manage and run your designated kitchen section
Prepare and present dishes to consistent quality standards
Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Monitor stock levels, reduce waste and control portions
What we're looking for:

Consistency and attention to detail in presentation and quality
Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
