I'm working with a well-established client in Glasgow who is looking for a Finance Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a finance background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and ensuring approval procedures are followed.
* Publishing weekly chase reports to all levels of Management
* Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring approval procedures are followed.
* Reconciling supplier statements to purchase ledger.
* Maintain accurate and up to date supplier accounts, ensuring compliance checks are com-plete.
* Cashbook postings
* Assist staff / suppliers with enquiries relating to invoices.
* Credit card requests and full reconciliation
* Allocating cash on the sales ledger and reporting on cash to the wider finance team.
* Ensuring that bank reconciliations are maintained on a daily basis.
