Responsibilities:
As our Workplace Concierge, you'll be the heartbeat of our office operations. Your key tasks will include:
Acting as the system administrator for workplace systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Managing meeting room bookings with a flair for organisation and efficiency.
Liaising with incumbent and external contractors to keep our workplace in tip-top shape.
Utilising your strong communication skills to provide outstanding service to all staff and visitors.
Providing administrative support to enhance the overall office experience.What We're Looking For:
