OSS / ONSS Contracts Manager

Contract Manager OSS/ONSS for a major offshore wind project in Scotland.

Your responsibilities

Highly detailed person with experience of drafting contracts / cross comparing.
Less negotiating and more internal co-ordination with P&C, legal and engineering.
Converting technical drafting into commercial drafting.
Identifying, co-ordinating and managing identified risks.
Providing market positions through experience
Heavily amended FIDIC yellow book contracts with elements of LOGIC)
On and offshore experience is vital
Roles in the ESI Package will be more focused on the details of the contract, negotiations are fully underway for this package, additional support required to come in.
Focus will not be on leading the negotiations. They will still be involved with negotiations though.
FIDIC Yellow Book and some LOGIC Experience, Less so NEC Contract forms.
Would be great if they had some technical experience as they will need to read and draft some documentation with technical element
