We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and team. You’ll be the visible HR lead for a busy manufacturing operation, supporting managers, driving engagement and shaping a culture where people can perform at their best.
This is a full‑time, permanent, site‑based role at the heart of the operation. And best suited to a HR lead who loves being at the centre of the action
What You’ll Be Doing
* Champion engagement and help strengthen a positive, inclusive culture
* Coach managers to build capability and confidence in people leadership
* Provide expert guidance on ER, policy, best practice and employment law
* Support development, succession and retention across all departments
* Lead complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
* Use HR data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements
* Deliver training and development sessions across the site
* Lead and contribute to HR projects, restructures and wider change activity
What You’ll Bring
* Broad HR generalist experience: manufacturing/FMCG exposure is a real advantage
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* Strong Excel and IT capability
* A proactive, flexible, solutions‑focused approach
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary description
£50000.00 - £55000.00 per year
